🎂 How Does a Birthday Party at R.A.V.E.N. Work?

Arrival & Welcome
You’re expected 15 minutes before the start. Our Game Master will greet your group, explain everything, and make everyone feel at home.
VR Adventure
The group plays a variety of VR games together, tailored to the age and interests of the birthday child. Everyone gets a chance to participate and shine.
Food & Drinks
✓ Soft drinks are included in all packages (for players only).
✓ Pizza can be added (€15 per pizza).Want to bring your own cake or snacks?
✓ That’s absolutely fine! We’ll provide plates and cutlery if needed
Extras (optional add-ons)

Pizza buffet available for business events as well as private parties. Depending on the group size, our handmade pizzas will be presented or in buffet style with different toppings, so that every customer can enjoy and taste various flavours or in individual pizzas.

Recommended beverage to accompany our delious homemade pizzas is without any doubt our own crafted RAVEN beer!

Can we choose games?

No, not exactly. We are always adapting to the people/group that is here.
Asking what experience everyone has and work with that to give the best experience.

What is the minimum age to play VR?

VR experiences and games are possible as from the age of 8 years old. Younger kinds not allowed to play VR or to wear a VR headset because their eyes are still in full development.

Do we need to choose the VR experiences/games beforehand?

No, you don't.

If you have chosen the Birthday formula, they will be playing 2 different games during 2 hours. The first game will be a cooperative game, where they need to play together as a team and defend their village/castle as long as possible. The second game will be against each other, where the different teams need to battle against each other.

If you have made a normal VR booking, other games are accessible. We will discuss your overall VR experience upon arrival and advise you in your choice of VR games.

Can I stay@RAVEN or watch my children play during their birthday VR session?

What is the minimum and maximum amount of players for a birthday party?

Can we bring a birthday cake, refreshments, snacks or decorations?

You can bring your own birthday cake or snacks. Refreshments must be purchased at our promises. We have different kinds of softdrinks and water available on site. The price per bottle is €7. You can also bring your own decorations. We have a party hall with lounge areas, tables and chairs at disposal. Please let us know in advance what you would like to use during the party.

Can I organize a birthday party@RAVEN?

Yes, of course.

Can I book the party hall for a private party or business event?

Yes, absolutely. Our party hall is accessible upon reservation for business events as well as private gatherings. We can accommodate up to 250 guests. At your disposal: different lounge areas, tables and chairs, open bar, various catering options, arcade games, pool tables, pingpong table etc. upon demand. Extra features possible for example use of our karaoke room, PS5 rooms, VR rooms, escape rooms etc. upon request. The party venue can be booked for multiple hours or for a whole day.
